En este espacio hicimos la denuncia de que TV Azteca estaría violando su titulo de concesión, (meses después también lo hizo Reforma), al estar vendiendo su señal digital, la COFETEL ha dado ya su veredicto diciendo que no hay tal violación, con esto abriendo la puerta a que otros con señal digital como el canal 22, o los canales de televisa dividan su señal y den mas canales, esperemos que gratis.

Aquí la nota de etcetera:

La COFETEL determinó que TV Azteca no viola la ley al prestar el servicio de Hi TV, un servicio de 16 canales de televisión digital en señal restringida.

Durante la sesión del lunes14 de diciembre, el pleno de la Comisión Federal de Telecomunicaciones resolvió que “el empleo del dispositivo Hi-Tv y las transmisiones digitales simultáneas de la programación transmitida por sus respectivos canales analógicos en los canales digitales adicionales por parte de Televisión Azteca no constituyen violaciones a (…) la Ley Federal de Radio y Televisión; (ni al) Acuerdo por el que se adopta el estándar tecnológico de televisión digital terrestre y se establece la política para la transición a la televisión digital terrestre en México”. Según la COFETEL, Azteca tampoco contraviene lo dispuesto en “su título de refrendo de concesión; y la condición cuarta de las autorizaciones otorgadas para operar de manera simultánea el canal digital asignado”.

Hace unos días el noticiero matutino de la alicaída TV Azteca tuvo un lavado de cara, si algo he criticado aquí es el pésimo diseño que tienen la mayoría de sus programas, y debo de reconocer que la imagen gráfica les quedo bien.

Anunciaron mucho la interactividad con internet, seis años atrasados, pero bueno, algún día tenían que hacerlo, aunque no era buena idea anunciar tanto algo que para muchos ya es viejo.

Como cada año la asociación de corresponsales extranjeros en Hollywood dieron a conocer los nominados a la edición 67 de los premios Golden Globes a lo mejor del cine y la televisión.

Destaca la nominación a la película Chilena “La Nana” como mejor película extranjera.

La película mas nominada es “UP IN THE AIR” con 6 y la serie de televisión “GLEE” es la mas nominada con 4.

El premio honorifico Cecil B. DeMille Award sera para Martin Scorsese.

Mark Ritts, conocido en nuestro país por aparecer en el programa “Beakman’s World” (el mundo de Beakman), como Lester la rata, programa que aparecía en el canal 11 (excelentemente bien doblado), murió el pasado 7 de diciembre a causa de un cáncer al riñon a los 63 años de edad.

Difficulty swallowing, nasal congestion and shortness of breath are also considered symptoms of fibromyalgia patients.

It is noted when pressure is applied to certain areas of the body, such as the back of the head, top of the shoulders, outer elbows, inside the knees, upper back, etc., the pain increases. These areas are called “tender points” or also referred to as “trigger points.” The signs and symptoms of fibromyalgia include, in a majority of cases, fatigue that remains even after many hours of sleep. Both men and women diagnosed with fibromyalgia report they cannot easily fall asleep or have disrupted sleep throughout the night. External stimuli, such as lights and weather conditions, can negatively affect victims of fibromyalgia.

Not surprisingly, fibromyalgia symptoms in women are linked to sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea. In addition, there appears to be a strong correlation between waking up at night, restless sleep and the chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia, especially in women. Depression, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating are likely symptoms of fibromyalgia in women. It has also been stated that symptoms of fibromyalgia in women may mimic other diseases, therefore, difficult to diagnose.

Symptoms of fibromyalgia in men may also be misdiagnosed. fibromyalgia symptoms womenOften, men are taught, from their youth, to mask their pain so they may not seek immediate medical attention. The symptoms of fibromyalgia in men are similar to women, but symptoms may seem milder, with less pain, less joint stiffness and fatigue. Men who complain of continual pain are often ridiculed or not believed. Some people mistakenly think that men cannot have fibromyalgia, which hinders adequate treatment options. Men have been reported to have the symptoms of fibromyalgia for ten years or more without an adequate diagnosis.

Researchers all over the world continue to learn more and more about the signs and symptoms of fibromyalgia and the corresponding treatment options in men and women.
