“The Constant” (la constante), es el episodio de LOST cuando Desmond al ir viajando al carguero viaja al pasado o al menos su mente, y necesita buscar su constante que en este caso es Penny para poder sobrevivir, y fue considerado el mejor episodio de la television estadounidense por la revista TIME que como es costumbre ha hecho sus listas de lo mejor del 2008.

En quinto puesto se encuentra el tambien excelente episodio piloto de la serie Breaking Bad.
