La banda inglesa James confirmo en su myspace que vendrán a México en Octubre próximo para presentarse en la ciudad de México y en Guadalajara.

James se encuentra de gira promocionando Hey Ma, el primer álbum desde la reunión del grupo.

El legendario grupo británico The Who fue homenajeado en un concierto especial por varias bandas de generaciones posteriores.

The Who fue honrado en la grabación de la tercera ceremonia anual de los “VH1 Rock Honors“, que será transmitida el jueves por el canal musical.

Según un blog peruano, Radiohead tendría una gira sudamerica que incluiría a México, Brasil, Argentina y Chile para Marzo y Abril del 2009. Ed O´Brien guitarrista de la banda habria dicho esto en una entrevista.

Michael Weber, webmaster de citizeninsane.eu, se puso en contacto con nosotros y nos dijo que Ed O’Brien confirmó los rumores: se está planificando de manera concreta la Gira Sudamericana de Radiohead para Marzo/Abril 2009. Los países mencionados son: Brasil, Argentina, Chile y México, sin descartar la posibilidad de incluir más países. Las fechas están siendo trabajadas en este tiempo, así que es momento de ponernos las pilas y trabajar duro para traerlos a Perú. Es necesario presentar una propuesta que apunte por el lado ecológico del asunto.

Esto aun sigue siendo un rumor.

Duffy es lo que mas se escucha en el Reino Unido en lo que va de este 2008, tanto su sencillo “Mercy” como su album “Rockferry” lideran la lista.

El “Viva la vida” de Coldplay con tan solo 3 semanas a la venta ya esta en segundo lugar en lo que va del año.
